We are searching for high-achieving, top-talent PhDs in their last phase of study or with a few years or work experience. And we are very much aware that talent of this caliber selects its own employer – not the other way around. That’s why on 26 and 27 April, ASML will host a special R&D Master Class, where we will showcase some of the fascinating technical challenges that we must overcome if we are to continue Moore’s Law. There are places for around 80 people at this R&D Master Class, and we expect some of them will find our challenges interesting and appealing – so much that they will want to join us in overcoming them.
